Through CFD-based multi-scale modeling, accurate simulation of the flow field structure and parameter optimization are achieved, and a composite flow channel is constructed. This improves air forced heat dissipation and enhances water retention capacity, ensuring efficient hydrothermal management of the fuel cell stack.

The plates are made of ultra-thin and weight-reduced graphite bipolar plates, which take into account both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, reduce contact resistance and reduce overall assembly thickness, achieving an extremely lightweight and compact design.


The slurry formula has been upgraded to adapt to self-humidification conditions. CCM adopts a double-sided direct coating process to improve the performance of the battery stack and ensure product consistency.
